No accountability. No value.
Absolutely no point in using this service. They don't take responsibility for any services they book. They outsource the "insurance" so that you have to argue with another company. But, they take your money. American Airlines didn't. AIG Insurance didn't. Travelocity did. As 2023 approaches, I can't see a reason to use Travelocity AT ALL. Do your own Googling or find a travel agent. Travelocity exists in a pointless gray space.
