Cuts off water without prior notice.
This company has to be amongst the worst of I've reviewed. They cut off my water supply without prior notice, claiming it was an emergency repair, when five days earlier they were caught on CCTV listening for leaks. Even marking the pavement where they intended to dig. Four men on site, two to dig a hole, two to turn off the mains, but not one could be bothered to let households know, that early on Monday morning you will have no water. Now even refusing to pay statutory GSS compensation of a misley £20 for the inconvenience. The attitude of the managers and staff I have spoken to only serves to endorse the impression of a company that doesn't give a s**t.
