DOWNGRADE very sad

ROOM 241 13 DECEMBER 2024 I booked a Queen size room but the hotel the front desk told me : they don't have any Queen size room tonight. As a former diamond member of Accor, I was sad to be downgraded with single bed. I am waiting for the manager to find a solution. Best regards - NRVLCHFF La direction a fait le nécessaire ce matin. Changement de chambre et petit déjeuner offert . Dommage que le service ne soit pas directement pro. A mon arrivée hier soir a 22 h Le réceptionniste était tout seul et débordé .
