Poor Service in Melville Store
I needed a valve adapter for my inflatable sup and went to the Melville store in WA to buy one for $20. They have a price matching policy and I showed them that BCF had the same valve for $12 and the assistant got me the store manager who said they could not match the price because the item was slightly different to look at. I argued the valve was the same colour, shape dimension and did the same thing and was designed for the same purpose. The manager rejected the price match which I thought was pathetic and nit picky. I ended up paying the extra and when I got home I tested it out and imagine my surprise when I found the part was poorly crafted and defective. I wish I’d never set foot in the store, they charged me more for less and now I have to return the defective part. What a waste of my time.
