This will be a long one but bare with me 😂 but if you are looking for a great company I highly recommend renewell water,,, I live in the worst area for water hardness,, it has ruined every shower head, kettle, washing machine etc,,, I rang a different company way I was starting to look for quotes etc,, 5 weeks later I still waiting on that call 😁,, rang renewell, within 5 mins they rang me back, spoke with Mark what a lovely amazing patient man who set me up with appointment. Sent me a video explaining everything which really sold it for me,, if ur like me and don't have a clue trust me this will definitely help you,,, Alex who installed was super efficient,, polite and friendly,, professional and outstanding,, hard working because it wasn't easy as I have a tiny kitchen but to my amazement he installed both units in one small cupboard which I was estatatic about because I couldn't offord to lose more cupboards 😂 I would also like to say a huge thank you to the gentleman God I can't remember his name but I had a separate issue with the courier but he helped so much and actually solved the problem.. And a massive thank you to TRUST PILOT,, only for I read all the good reviews about renewal water I would have been so upset because I was going with the wrong company so a massive thank you to you too. Highly recommend renewellwater.com. Cannot tell you how professional they are in every aspect,, I'm so happy so far and only installed today,, 🤞🤞
