Lost money, lack of help, terrible support
It’s unbelievable that companies like this can still survive in today’s market. The website is terrible in terms of information, the people on the line have no idea what they’re doing, so they can’t help. I topped up my account 4 times and lost 796 SEK (I received confirmation from Lyca that my account will be charged). I lost money, I have no internet, and I can’t log into the app because the SMS codes aren’t coming through. I want to know which email address I should send my complaint to so that someone can review my case, and I can get a refund. I wrote to officail SE support email nobody answered, I contacted with life agent they suggested to write to menioned email by love agent, nothing happened. Update: I have described the whole issue and attached confirmations to email provided below trustpilotreview Can someone please take a look at it and take care of my problem ?
