Registration closed without a clear explanation or a way to resolve the issue I’m a applied for a Payoneer account to receive royalties from a book I planned to sell on Amazon. I encountered difficulties with address verification. A water utility bill is the proof of address I can provide, and I contacted support to explain my situation and ask how to proceed. Payoneer has now informed me that my documents did not meet its requirements, that the document review attempt limit had been reached, and that my registration is permanently closed. I was also told not to submit a new application. I understand the need for identity and address verification. My frustration is that the response did not identify the specific problem with my documents or offer a practical way to correct it before closing the application. Clear, country-specific document guidance and an opportunity for manual review would make this process much fairer. I would appreciate a specific explanation and reconsideration of my application.
