Poor Customer Service…
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I have received. After booking a holiday and paying my deposit, I received my ATOL certificate and flight details—only to discover that my name had been spelled incorrectly. I promptly contacted your team to rectify the issue, but since then, I have been repeatedly passed from one department to another without resolution. On several occasions, I have even been disconnected mid-call. This experience has been incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I expect a prompt correction of the name on my booking and a clear explanation of how this will be resolved without additional cost or inconvenience to me. Please treat this as a formal complaint and respond urgently. With reference to your reply: I would like to clarify and correct some details regarding my recent experience with your customer service. On Friday, 30th May, I encountered unhelpful and discourteous behavior from a member of your team. That same day, I reached out via Instagram to request an email address, as I was unable to find one online. I sent an email shortly after but have yet to receive any response. On Monday, 3rd June, I called your customer service line again and spoke with a representative who was, thankfully, much more helpful. She provided me with the correct email address as you mention, and I have since followed up accordingly. Regarding the product in question, I want to make it clear that I did not receive the full-page review that was promised. I will not be accepting any additional charges for corrections that were not due to my error. Given the lack of communication and the unsatisfactory service I’ve received, I am requesting a full refund of my deposit. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank You!
