Actuallyl not even one star!
Had the worst experience at your Pakenham Lakeside store a couple of weeks back. The disgusting treatment that I received from your service personnel really is unforgivable! The customer in front of me let me go through the check out before here because i had less to purchase than her. I proceeded to let your employee know that I did not have time to put my items on the belt. She jumped down my throat, dismissed me and said she was not going to serve me and dared to say that I had ruined her experience!!!I think that when you work in a retail sector, customer service surely should be an important skill to have and yet your service person displayed none of this. This ignorance and the 'Queennie' attitude displayed towards me by your service person is disgusting, unprofessional and uncalled for. I have always defended Pakenham as it is known by most outside the town as a place full of lower class ignorant drug addicted people. This incident only confirms this! I will alert everyone i know about this occurrance and will advise them to spend their money somewhere else.
