POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The clerk at the Malaga Airport rental desk mistakenly charged us twice for the fuel deposit of €121 and despite returning the car a week late in immaculate condition and with a full tank of fuel I have not received the 2 fuel deposit refunds of €242. They never answer the phone and the form you can use for customer service does not send an acknowledgement email as it says it will do when you submit the form.
