Ordered for soil to be delivered
Ordered for soil to be delivered, after placing order the delivery date was put back by a week. When order arrived it was the wrong item so driver took back and said they would be in contact regarding to delivery. No contact was made, emailed and no response. Called them to chase up after reassuring me they would call back at the end of the day they failed to do this. The managed stated they would call me back by 5:30 on Friday before he left with an update about delivering on Saturday. No call received. Item finally turned up 2 weeks later than arranged at point of sale. Communication was not the best.
