Don’t do it, they’re a shambles.
I visited their factory before purchasing and was pretty impressed to be honest. Their Sales guy Andy (now left) was great and gave us all the time we needed. We subsequently purchased a £4204 summerhouse and that’s where the good service ended. When delivered the summerhouse was damaged and I reported that to Nicole (now left) who promised faithfully that a replacement would arrive in two days. It never arrived even though I waited a week. No communication and so many promises to do better came to nothing. The build went ok but many panels were warped and two particularly were short by about 5cm so there’s a gap that I will need to fill. The metal supports for the roof buttresses were a joke, they were probably made out of tin cans and gave little to no support at all. Once it was built, we discovered that the window kit was missing. I called and it turned out that they were having problems with their supplier (not sure that was true) and it became clear that they knew they had supplied it with the kit missing and had failed to tell me. They promised it would arrive within 4 days and I went and bought hinges to make it watertight but there’s loads of stuff in the kit. Four days came and went and I complained, they offered £40 compensation and the £22 for the hinges I bought. I got £45.35 and God knows where that figure came from. The window kit arrived a few days ago, so about 3 weeks in total from the promised date. I’ve called all the numbers I have for sales, customer care and deliveries but no one is answering the phone so I’ve written a formal complaint to them and unsurprisingly I’ve received no response. I wouldn’t be surprised if more staff have left/been sacked. Be aware many staff are in China or elsewhere outside the UK even though you phone a U.K. number it’s re-routed. I’ve given up now, they’re an absolute shambles. Don’t buy for Gods sake.
