customer service ? one in a million
From all the companies I have delt with in the last 30y there are a handful that stand out for sales and after sales service, I am extremely happy with the service have received from Sarson and especially Jay who has gone above and beyond what is normally expected from any good company. I hand a fault with a T.V, the ethernet connection, and they arranged it to be picked up, unfortunately while I was packing the item, I cracked the screen. Not only did they fix the ethernet issue, they replaced the tv screen free of charge even thou I said I would pay for a new screen and insisted upon it. I will not hesitate to recommend Sarasons to anyone looking for Bathroom tv's and when i come to refurb my second bathroom I will not look anywhere else for a good quality TV and fantastic service. thank you jay for all your help, phones calls and everything else you did to make me feel like a valued customer and I only bought one things.
