⸻ 🔹 A brief intro Hi, I’m Pradeep Anand Patil from Pune,INDIA currently working in the banking sector. I’ve enrolled in a GL NCAIML as part of my transition into the IT and data analytics field. 🔹 What motivated me to join? With the growing importance of data in decision-making, I felt a strong need to upgrade my skills and shift to a more future-oriented role. I wanted to challenge myself and build a career that aligns with my passion for analytics and compliance. 🔹 challenges I faced & how I managed? Balancing work, family, and studies was tough. My biggest challenge was managing time, but through proper planning—dedicating early mornings and weekends to study—I was able to stay consistent. 🔹 How being a father shaped my learning journey? Being a father has been my biggest motivation. I want to be a role model for my child—to show that learning and growth never stop, no matter your age or circumstances. 🔹 How the program’s structure helped? The flexible and self-paced structure made learning manageable. I could learn on my schedule, revisit topics when needed, and still keep up with my responsibilities at home and work. 🔹 My favourite part of the course? The hands-on projects and real-world case studies made learning practical and engaging. Applying what I learned immediately gave me a sense of progress and purpose. 🔹 Any message to other young parents considering upskilling? Don’t wait for the “perfect” time—it rarely comes. Start small, stay consistent, and remember you’re not just learning for yourself, but setting an example for your children.
