Feel better rehabbing this way then on gym equipment
I’m only been in the program since beginning of March and I definitely feel better after doing my exercises, it’s like that morning burst of energy. Also following the directions in the videos remind me to inhale threw nose and exhale threw mouth and I learn to control my breathing. I also enjoy doing it myself on the off days. Hailey is super kind, and always does follow up questions on how I feel and answers any questions I have. The program is good to go at your pace or faster if you want and accommodates. Like I can’t do jumps but I’m still able to do the exercises by stepping sideways. Instead of jogging in place I jog back and forth in my livingroom. Fits into schedule without leaving home and saves me gas.. lol.. different exercises on my 3/a week routines and on my own routines. All & all I would do this again. (Just not so early in am 😂)
