BLACK FRIDAY SCAM. $250 worth of damaged meat
I ordered About $250 worth of Meat from their black Friday sale and almost EVERY STEAK, EVERY CARNE FLAP, and EVERY SINGLE SHORT RIB Had multiple holes in the vacuum seals. The few that I found that don’t have holes have Frostbite in the package and a smell when thawed out. Long story short, they did replace some of the meat after over a month of waiting for them, But almost every single package I thaw out I continue to find holes. I reached out with another email letting them know that at this point I’m extremely disappointed and just assume at this point they had a Black Friday sale to get rid of all their damage packaging. That email was sent a week ago with no response still. I was very understanding and patient with them, Even after taking a month to replace a couple items. This company has been my meat supplier for about three years, And it’s fair to say that Doesn’t matter.
