Slow Shipping and Bad Communication
My phone holder is fine and works as expected. The shipping and communication is not good. The product I ordered turned out to be back ordered. That's unfortunate but it happens. After 2 weeks of zero additional communication from Yurik, I sent them an email asking the status of my order. Instead of them reply on the status, they sent tracking information. So, was the product ready to ship, but they hoped I would forget?
