Scam, always trying to extract more money from you
Hi I wanted to book a ticket and someone called Jason gave me a price nearly 300 pounds higher then original price on the actual flight company website ... I would never recommend agency's especially Southall travels and on top he was trying me to book the tickets in hurry otherwise he can not give me his staff discount... Etc etc he tried to use all the technics. Never book with Southall travels if anyone wants evidence how much he was quoting me his price and the price on direct flight company I will be happy to prove.. .... I have seen your reply but I will never ever try to book from Southall travels and I will tell all my friends and family to never book with Southall travels as they always try to extract more money out of us ..I have reported this to Air India as well they were also very sad to here this, they said it should always be cheaper then their website... As agencies buy bulk tickets and given as cheaper rate and so their prices should be cheaper then the actual website prices ...very very bad experience Southall was trying to get nearly £300 pounds more then the air India website ticket ...a total rip off ..
