was working with an agent named Andy but closed the chat window by accident. Very helpful relating to my plan and suggestions for how to maximize my usage. I'm a big fan of Twigby and its' customer assistance - and rate plans vs. my previous carrier (AT&T). Appreciate Andy's willingness to walk me through various plan options and patience with this low-tech user.
