Dreadful service
Dreadful service. We were advised that both parties would be treated fairly and despite providing 6 months worth of evidence, we were persuaded to accept a ridiculous goodwill gesture despite unresolved issues with Scottish Power. Almost a year on and we are back to the start of the complaints process with Scottish Power (another ridiculous company). We have now had to look for external support with our ongoing issues - absolute failure of the Ombudsman on every count.
