Evan has made our experience great. He has been excellent in communication and the level of care and attention he has given to our particular requirements with dates and times. He has been very patient and kind, highly professional. He has called back promptly and replied to emails. He has been able to answer any questions i had and make me feel at ease with travel anxiety. I was afraid incase I missed anything or got anything wrong. Evan made sure I was kept informed and felt in control of the whole booking experience. Evan is highly recommended for his exceptional customer service care and he is an asset to Southall travels. For this very reason I will defiantly come back to southall travels and also recommended them to others as they are trustworthy and honest and provide option to pay in instalments.
