I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Smith & Friends in Hartlepool, all the team there, but especially Megan and Nicola. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always on hand to help. Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated at every stage and responding quickly to any questions I had. What truly set them apart was their dedication and personal approach. They took the time to understand my needs, provided honest and helpful advice, and went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth as possible. Unlike some agents, they were never pushy, just genuinely committed to delivering great service, and that they did. From my first meeting with Craig, it was obvious for me to see, the knowledge and expertise of Smith & Friends is of a very high standard. It took Craig but one viewing to successfully sell the house at our desired price, remarkable. 5 stars doesn’t feel enough. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient, best in class estate agent, I can’t recommend Megan, Nicola, Craig and the rest of the team from Smith & Friends in Hartlepool enough.
