Terrible Experience – Delayed, Overpriced, and Poor Communication
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this courier service. What was supposed to be a 4-5 business day delivery turned into an ordeal lasting over a month. Throughout the process, the online tracking system provided little to no useful information, leaving us in the dark about the actual status of our shipment. Despite submitting all required documents at the time of booking, we were repeatedly asked to provide customs details, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, the final cost for shipping used personal belongings from Chile to Poland was absurdly high—so much so that it would have been cheaper to fly and bring them myself! Adding to the frustration, the tracking system falsely reported multiple "final delivery attempt failed" messages, even though we were home the entire time and never received a call or notification. When we inquired about this, we were told the package was still at customs, even though we could clearly see it had been cleared and had already reached the final destination city. This service was unreliable, overpriced, and poorly managed. I cannot recommend it to anyone who values timely and transparent delivery.
