If I could give zero stars I would Sivarajah SUTHAKARAN owes me over £5000 in unpaid rent which tenants have paid but hasn’t passed on to me They frequently change the company name Ram Estates/ Eazy property/ Grosvenor estate Ltd and now back to Ram Estates 118 Pall Mall, London, United Kingdom, SW1Y 5EA Which is a FAKE PO BOX address Google Sivarajah SUTHAKARAN and go to companies house and you will see for yourself how many companies the owner has been involved with DO NOT waste your time or money with this agent. They are FRAUDSTERS and trading standards are already aware of them which is why they continue to change the company name all the time
