Unexpected Invoices & misleading
Very disappointing and misleading experience. I originally visited Dental Clinics Diemen for a routine dental consultation with Dentist. Khadija Albogatjiev, who recommended that I see an orthodontist to consult about my overbite. I accepted, under the clear understanding that this would be a general orthodontic consultation, not a treatment session or anything specific to Invisalign. However, when I arrived on April 4th, I was taken directly for a scan without meeting the orthodontist or receiving any clear explanation. I was told at the reception(Nina van Welie) that this was part of the consultation. I only met Dentist Ismael for the first time on April 29th — yet the clinic falsely claimed in their response email that I had already met him on April 4th. This is completely untrue and deeply concerning. Despite the unclear process, I was later sent two separate invoices (€50.21 and €77.17). When I asked for clarification, the clinic’s reply was not only biased but contained false statements to justify the charges. Their refusal to acknowledge these facts or take accountability raises serious questions about how they handle patient consent and billing. If a clinic performs procedures without proper explanation or consent, and then tries to cover it up with false claims, that is simply unacceptable. This has severely damaged my trust, and I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects transparency and professionalism in healthcare.
