Frustrating!
I received my parcel of x20 items today and one of the boxes of 10 was open and a single vape was taken out and replaced with a different item! I strongly dislike kiwi anything and not understanding why this keeps happening! I spend loads of money with this company and I'd say close to half of the orders have either had something missing, replaced and completely different item(S) in the order! In most of the cases, you guys say (we were out of the item and or haven't sold it in quite some time and you can send your items back for a refund! It's more so a waste of my time and money to purchase something online, wait for it, and then have to find the time out of my 65-70+ hour work weeks to serve it back for a refund or try and find something different! If you don't have it, out SOLD OUT! or just don't list it if you don't have it or don't carry it! Just trying to wrap my head around why and when I can get what I actually paid for!
