have now been on hold for 1 hr 10 mins trying to get service for my aged and sickly mother who is without heating. I have been the next caller in the queue for 25 minutes. Appalling customer service. I will be moving my mothers insurance immediately to a company who provides a service worthy of the name Still waiting 1 hr 38 mins and counting. This is supposed to be an Emergency callout service It's a pity that any stars have to be left, perhaps a minus star rating should be introduce here Dear Chloe Thank you for your reply.
