Good service, dishonest pricing
The good: for a broker, they are responsive, good communication, a driver was assigned two days out, picked up on time, delivered quickly and without incident. The bad: my final price was 65% higher than the quote and the contract. The lowball quote that’s presented as contract price is a dishonest sales tactic. By the time we found out (several days out from the pickup date) it was too late to change horses and we had little choice but to agree to a higher price. And the extra cost from the driver for “loading the car more than 100lbs” at the time of the pickup when we had no choice is not great either. I would not use them again.
