Broke down

I rent a car for 8 days and paid for full insurance including road assistance. The vehicle started to loose ingine power the day after I rented. On the second day as we were returning to our resort, the lost of power was worst as the car could not go more then 30 km/hr. I contacted the emergency number and request a car replacement after I explained the situation. We agreed to have the vehicle pick up the next day at 9:00 am. Deberardino Prieto & Co. S.r.l. were very puntual an courtious but no replacement vehicle was provided. I was told to contact Sixt because they are a sub-contractor and only deal with the rented vehicle problems. I called Sixt and the number I was provided on the contract said they were close on Saturday and Sunday. I contacted the emergency number and I was told they could not help with a car replacement. I was told that I should go to the nearest Sixt agency to rent another vehicle. I told them that I did not have transportation and there was no public transportation from my resort. They said they could not help. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
