Frustrating experience with delayed delivery and poor logistics
I ordered a display module for my smartphone from Mobile Supplies, as it was described on their webpage with a delivery time of 5-7 days. The module was only dispatched after 2 weeks—already exceeding the promised time frame. Then, to make matters worse, DHL lost the parcel. What followed was a long back-and-forth with customer support. After waiting for over a month and 20 days, I finally canceled the order because I couldn’t afford to wait any longer, as my cracked screen and damaged display were becoming unusable. The only positive was that I eventually received a full refund, which is why I’ve given two stars. The company seriously needs to improve its logistics and handle such cases more efficiently. From what I’ve seen, I’m not the only customer facing these issues. Please work on this—it’s critical for maintaining trust. Thanks.
