Best customer service I've ever received!
I purchased a Shapeoko 5 Pro in August of 2024. I was a completely new to CNC, so chose to go with Carbide 3D due to their 60 day "if it breaks, it's on us" guarantee, good customer support reviews, and what appeared, base on about a year's worth of YouTube videos and research to be a good quality machine. Over the last year and a half, their customer service has exceeded my expectations. They recently replaced a part on my machine that was well out of warranty, completely free of charge, and even paid the shipping. Plus, the machines are made in the U.S.A and customer service is located here as well.
