Confusing delivery and no refund.
Confusing delivery and no refund. Delivery times to WA were not clear and once I realised I was not getting the product on the day that I expect it I requested the order be cancelled as I arranged to receive the product from another supplier. Request to cancel was sent on Saturday 12th Oct, response received on Monday 14th Oct saying they wouldn't cancel or refund according to their T&C's. the product hadn't even been dispatched yet. What poor service in this day and age.
