Unhelpful? Unwilling?
In the years that I have been with JustHost it has never been an easy process to get hold of ANYONE over there in any timely fashion. But when I changed my domain name registrar to another business I have had nothing but trouble from a very uncooperative JustHost. Unbelievably limited communication skills, the humans you end up speaking with are very slow in responding to anything you write on their chat. Chat is the ONLY WAY in which you can contact the firm, and it is EXTREMELY LIMITED as the support personnel's ability to speak in English is very limited. My latest issue with Justhost is hopefully the last one, as it is very painful having to deal with anything that is not very basic and can easily be solved.
