Clayton Manchester Airport Hotel
We stayed over at the Clayton Manchester in September, which (whilst very busy as travel had only recently been allowed again) was perfectly acceptable. However, on our return, we found that our vehicle which had been left in off-site secure parking over the week we were away had been returned to the car park with a flat tyre. Whilst this took time to remedy, as a quick fix, we were still able to return home with the promise of an investigation and further contact from the hotel and parking management. On attempting to get the tyre fixed, it became obvious that it had been driven whilst flat under the care of the hotel and would require replacing, which we did at our own cost. Since that date we have not heard from the hotel or parking management with any explanation or results of their investigation, this was over three months ago. As customer service goes, we think this is exceptionally poor.
