Hi Jerald,

Hi Jerald, This is Teresa, I thank you so much for your patience, understanding, listening ability, and the solution you offered to the problem I had from my two lines. I was wondering how I have been paying two times within one month since the other line could not work on my phone. The company blocked the phone and so could not access any network. I cannot blame the Lycamobile company since they did not know and so, kept on refilling it. But, talking with Jerald from Lycamobile helped solve the problem.
