What has happened to Swinton?
What has happened to Swinton? I e recently purchased a Homes and Contents policy over the telephone. The call centre operative could barely speak English, many of the details - including our names and dates of birth- were recorded incorrectly. It took me over an hour on a separate call to try and resolve the errors, only to be told that the price had gone up by more than £200. As a result, I’ve cancelled the policy. I used to be a loyal customer but I’ll never use Swinton again based on this experience.
