I ordered a large pumpkin jar and other…
I ordered a large pumpkin jar and other items which were all breakable... The jar arrived smashed and a small pumpkin I purchased was also broken. The items were in bubble wrap and had polystyrene bits around but the box it was all in did not contain FRAGILE on it and the jar was placed at the bottom of the box with no protection around it .. awaiting a reply to my emails. Disappointing as these are Xmas presents. Email been received and been partially refunded
