Most times writing a review from experience is what helps all parties involved to reflect, go forward and excel but this review is more than that, it is a statement of gratitude. Watching a terminally ill member of your family suffer is saddening, when you watch them lose a partner is heart shattering. When they lose their home and security the despair can really affect your ability to think straight and function. This happened to my elderly disabled mum and I was so drained and tired but the support from Michelle and her team became divine intervention for me. I honestly dont know what I would have done without their help. They worked solidly on behalf of mum and was rightfully successful in recieving part of the estate left by her late partner. The way our case was handled was very professional they knew we were under a lot of pressure and they were always very clear on giving us any instructions or tasks and information required with ample time and empathy. We was kept up to date with everything that was evolving. There was never any payments up front, untill further on in the process for documentation and mediators but there was negotiations as to up front or after settlement on certain aspects. It was all well explained but I still had to break down some things for myself and mum. Really trusted what they were doing and it was an experience I will never forget and forever be grateful for. I would highly recommend Michelle Chapman.
