Thinking: ‘Am I gonna get scammed?’ a bit too often.
The car was nice and in a good shape. But this was the only good aspect of the whole experience. I had to fight over every little thing by sending countless emails: rental documents I was supposed to get via email but didn’t (I still never managed to get the confirmation of returning the car in good shape), the deposit that took almost 3 months to get back. The customer service is absolutely terrible. It all makes you think ‘Am I gonna get scammed?’ way too often. It’s not worth it. Pay a bit more and have a peace of mind.
