Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. They owe me over £1,000 (in credit) just on my gas account and I have 4 accounts with them but still increased my direct debit. When I asked for a refund by email they said it could only be done on the phone. So waited on hold for over an hour and never got through on 2 occasions so gave up. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague. Richard Ambler
