Bad experience, no help when there's a problem
Very bad experience after moving from different mobile provider. I wanted to keep my phone number, did the number transfer and started receiving messages from Lycamobile that I don't have sufficient top up, yet, I have just purchased it. When I called the customer service they said I shouldn't be receiving these messages as there is no reason for it. No resolution either so I had to block these numbers to stop receiving the messages. 1 month later the top up wasn't charged from my account even though I have confirmed automatic renewal. I have a proof in the email but it wasn't accepted by the customer service. Yet they have told me that I have not set it up and if I want to continue with the program I have signed up for I have to pay full price now as I am no longer new customer. It is very disappointing that no one can see any solution and they are not even willing to. My daughter also has Lycamobile so here are 2 customers moving to another provider. Very, very disappointing..
