Avoid Property Manager Kim for Stone Real Estate Parramatta
Property Manager Kim W from Stone Real Estate Parramatta is useless. He is never available and takes days to respond to emails. He withheld my bond on no grounds and when I complained the Licensee Adam did nothing about it. I had previously complained to Adam and again he failed to do anything about the complaints. My bond was with held for 3 weeks due to Kim's negligence and if I didn't contact Stone Parramatta to find out why my bond was not released, Kim had no intentions of contacting me, even though it was his fault. I feel sorry for anyone renting through Stone Real Estate and there property manager is Kim W.
