Maybe squint a little from afar and it’ll be okay.
Ordered 6 wedding photos taken by a professional photographer to give out as family presents at Christmas. Uploaded the images high resolution and high quality from our photographers website. Received them in the mail today- most were 10x12. There was obvious blur on the faces in 4 out of 6 of the ordered photos. When I emailed customer service, they asked me to resend product images from a distance (rather than the initial images I sent of the obviously blurred faces). After sending product images at a distance per their request— they replied that the blurred images meet their QC standard and there’s nothing they can do. So basically; the QC standards allow poor quality but if you stand far enough away they’ll say they’re all okay.
