Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. We ordered an item and the quality wasn’t up to scratch and we decided it wasn’t right for us anyway. We have been fobbed off with multiple emails asking for proof of the quality issues and offering a discount. All we want is to return the item and get a refund as is retail law in this country. Still waiting for them to get back to us (within 36 hrs as they said) after the latest email saying they would speak to a manager. That was over a week ago now. Going to get our credit card involved now as we have run out of patience.
