Awful customer service
Awful customer service! Ordered sandals on the 31st October. Yodel tracking not updated for days then on the 7th November the tracking said the sandals were too damaged to be delivered. I contacted Office on Sat 8th, they refused a refund and stated they would investigate with yodel and be back to me in 48hrs. I heard nothing so contacted office again. They said the sandals are still out for delivery ( despite yodel stating they’re too damaged) I have emailed office yesterday & today and their responses remain frustrating! Still under investigation! The yodel tracking hasn’t been updated in days. I would definitely not order shoes from office again. They’ve taken my money but I haven’t received the goods. Office is responsible for the delivery of my sandals and therefore should issue a refund!
