Absolutely garbage in every category.
Absolutely garbage in every category. Customer service representatives are either not properly trained, incompetent or just don't care. They either takes weeks to reply to emails and voice-mails or they don't reply at all, even with email reminders. They operate like it's 1983. They only got online service a few months ago and you can only see you mortgage information. You cannot may payments, increase your payments or anything. Every is done by phone or email or Canada Post to which they take neglect to respond to. When you do happen to talk to someone, they never have any answers. They always have to check with they superiors. Being frustrated with this mortgage company is an understatement.
