Mixed experience with customer support
The equipment itself is top-notch - really can't complain about the quality of the exercise bikes. However, when I needed a replacement part, it took three weeks to get a response from customer service. Once they did respond, they were helpful and sent the part quickly. Just wish the initial response time was better.
