Multiple customer service failures- avoid this store as likely to lose your money.
I even asked for a manager to call me about my multiple poor experiences to give them one last chance to fix and let them know that I would put a review up on the intranet documenting. Now four days later they still haven't bothered to call me. I ordered a table in June 2020 to be delivered in August 2020. There has been ongoing poor communication and conflicting communication from them, failure to deliver as agreed and repeated failure to meet subsequent promises. Refusal to refund monies after the order not having been delivered as promised more that 5 times including an absolutely will deliver by March 2021 promise. Finally when they delivered in May 2021 (11 months after initial order and payment) they set up delivery 3 times before they actually delivered. Then when the product came it was not assembled as promised at the time of sale and they refused to assemble it except for an additional $150 fee. Suggest that everyone stay well clear and not buy anything from them as this business is highly likely to fail at this rate and you will lose you money.
