There were several delays due to the bus breaking down and days without air conditioning, resulting in some travelers going to the hospital . The Swiss Fondue experience was ridiculously expensive considering what it was. Also flight home was delayed by hours which was problematic for those picking up returning travelers. Was told there would be a partial refund issued however have not heard anything from EF Tours about that.
