Unreliable and untrustworthy
As soon as something goes wrong with the install they claim they have no engineers to fix the issue. I now have a £5000 9.5kwh paperweight sitting at my property. Multiple missed appointments to fix now to be told they aren’t going to fix it. Avoid at all costs. Once they have your cash that’s it.
